Developing skilled, confident athletes

on and off the court

Most players train skills, very few learn how to play the game properly. We’re here to change that!

Our training programs are built for athletes who are serious about development - not just participation.

This is a structured environment where detail matters, standards are high, and every session is designed with purpose.

The goal is simple: to develop smarter, stronger, more confident hoopers who can perform when it counts.

Athletes are challenged to improve how they move, how they think, and how they compete - through intentional skill work, real-game decision making, and consistent coaching feedback.

We don’t just run drills, we build complete players.

Testimonials

My son Coby recently attended a holiday clinic with Triple Threat Fitness, and we were so impressed that he now participates in their weekly team sessions as well. I can't recommend this program highly enough!

Patrick is incredibly professional, energetic, and truly passionate about what he does. Each session is engaging and packed with relevant, practical basketball skills that have already made a noticeable difference in Coby’s confidence and gameplay.

What stands out most is the encouraging and enthusiastic environment Patrick creates. Every child feels supported and challenged, no matter their skill level. It's clear he's deeply committed to developing not just better players, but also stronger teammates and individuals.

If you're looking for a high-quality, motivating basketball program — this is it!

Coach Patrick has been fantastic for my son Daniel.

Through the group lessons, Daniel has not only improved his basketball skills but has also become much more engaged and confident when playing in a team setting.

What has impressed me most is that the benefits go beyond basketball—Daniel has developed greater social skills at school and is more willing to participate with others.

Coach Patrick’s patience, encouragement, and ability to bring out the best in kids have made a huge difference.

I would highly recommend Triple Threat Fitness to anyone looking for a coach who can build both skills and character.

My 11-year-old had a great time at the 2-day basketball training camp! Coach Patrick covered so many areas and kept the sessions fun, engaging, and high-energy the whole time. He had heaps of fun and came home excited after each day. We liked it so much that we’ve signed him up for the weekly training too. Highly recommended for any young basketball fan!

Triple Threat Fitness has changed the way I approach the game of basketball, and taken all parts of my game to a new level.

With Patrick’s assistance I have gone from playing district division 7 to division 3.

I would recommend Triple Threat Fitness & Patrick’s team to all levels from beginners to state representatives.
